Since our founding in 2011, we here at Rise have prided ourselves on three important values: quality, creativity and community.

We use only the finest ingredients in all our baked goods, including local farm-fresh dairy, cage-free eggs and seasonal fresh produce. We bake all our cupcakes daily and, more importantly, from scratch.

Founder Brittany Todd Schneider and her team keep things fresh at Rise.   A constantly rotating menu infused with creative seasonal flavors and themes. 

“I am blessed to come into work every day and do something I love, surrounded by a compassionate team of hard working individuals,” Schneider says. “Our success is simply icing on the cake”.

Of course, that success would not be possible without support from the local community, so we like to get involved and give back whenever we can. In addition to marching in holiday parades and providing treats for Halloween in the Park and local school carnivals, Rise is a proud supporter of the Friendswood Education Foundation, Clear Creek Education Foundation, Shriners Hospitals for Children, Best Buddies and the Special Olympics.
